Enough, your plan did not work. Lock these criminals up! We don't want to pay for their crimes anymore.

As a veteran who was deployed to Iraq all of last year, when I came home I saw a drastic change and growth in the amount of transients in my community. I have lived in Redding all my life, it is my home, it is beautiful and a wonderful location to live in. I hope to one day raise my kids here, so please help to develope programs in the jails to support mental wellness and put the good people of communities first. You do a lot of good Governor Brown, don't let this be your downfall.

There has to be a better way. The money being "saved" should go for rehab facilities and programs. The cost to victims is probably close if nit more than what's supposedly being saved.

Even the library is scary in Redding. I bring tourists to town and now don't want them going out in the community.

I am sick of seeing my work have graffiti on the front door, seeing on cameras who it is yet police can't do anything. It's now a misdemeanor. The criminals laugh because they know nothing will happen. Our police station is a revolving door and is our town joke...."catch and release" is all we say. I am working very hard to move my mother and I out of this town and out of CA.

My husband and I had to flee Shasta County for our very lives when we became targeted in our home by criminals. The DA refused to help us keep our restraining order in place, yet supoened us in THEIR case against them, threatening to have us arrested if we didn't come back to California! We lost our home and the ability to see our loved ones because of men on ankle monitors and organized PERJURY. The judge on the TRO ignored our request to PAY FOR OUR OWN LIE DETECTOR TEST. He said he found the perjurers "credible". Sir, I assure you, they were not and neither were YOU.
