We, the parents of Breakthrough Montessori, are demanding that parent voices be heard and the Board demonstrates better accountability to the parents, guides and students of Breakthough Montessori. This includes:

• Review of events leading to the mid-year resignation of Omotayo Abiodun as Executive Director
• Request Ms. Omotayo to consider returning to Breakthrough pending review of her concerns
• Request removal of Keith Whitescarver as Board Chair
• Reverse the vote and decision to raise the position of the Director of Curriculum to the same level as the Executive Director with a direct reporting relationship to the board.
• Review of Chris Lohse as Interim Executive Director
• Review of conflicts of interest within the Board
