I live next door to this drug family. I constantly smell marijuana from my back porch, I've found a syringe in between our yards, and I live in constant worry for my 3 small children. There is traffic there all the time and plenty of unsavory people in and out.

This drug house is a danger to my family. On numerous occasions I have witnessed random cars pull up to the house, a person go up to the door, and retrieve something from a person in the house and then drive away. It causes unwanted additional traffic within the neighborhood. Sometimes when out on a family walk, cars race by us only to pull into this house's driveway. There is also a specific man who sometimes lives there who rides a bicycle out and back to this house within minutes. I'm assuming he's selling the drugs right outside the neighborhood.

I want my children to grow up in a place that is free from drugs and crime and we moved here with the hope that this neighborhood would offer that. How can I teach my daughter right from wrong and how the bad guys get caught when this behavior is going on in our own community and we have our hands tied and the state is allowing people to do this. It is dangerous and unsafe for all neighbors.

Enough is enough. When we were purchasing our house during our final walk through we were ushered back in the house by the swat team during a bust. We put a hold on our purchase until we knew the details and after she was prosecuted we assumed that she'd be gone and we'd live in the safest neighborhood in Alpharetta. We went along with the purchase and LOVE our neighborhood, but that was 12 + years ago. Seriously, this needs to stop.....

I have given permission for the last 10 years for officers of the Alpharetta Police Dept. to observe this house from my driveway. We have many little children (including my own) that play within 100 yards of this house and we have continuous traffic to and from that house that do not live there. It's pretty apparent what's going on. Please put an end to this problem in our subdivision. There has to be someone that says " Enough is enough" How many chances to change behavior do people get anymore? This has got to stop. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, John Friske

Having undesirable people high on drugs walking/cycling/driving past where our young children are playing has to stop. Even after numerous visits by police, these actions are still going on. We need the maximum deterrent possible to be imposed so that our kids can feel safe in the street.

This needs to stop. As a mother, I have heightened awareness of the activities that occur in and around this house for the protection of my children. I have personally witnessed erratic behavior by patrons of this house and it has me very concerned for the safety of my family and my neighbors. This has gone on for far too long and something drastic needs to happen for this to change and to bring our neighborhood back to safety and security. Please do something about this!

I hope that with this petition you finally realize that this has to stop. Our neighborhood has had to put up with drug use and the sale of drugs from this house and woman for to long. Her previous interactions with the law enforcement should be proof that she is a repeat offender that will not stop. She has no regard to the safety of our children. She brings criminals and drug users into the neighborhood at all hours of day and night. Alpharetta police raided the house with flashbangs... Seriously this needs to stop.

The repeated actions of this neighbor have turned our once peaceful and safe neighborhood into a place where our children cannot play outside without the constant threat of witnessing drug related activity going on in front of them, of being hit by cars from the "customers" coming in and out of our neighborhood driving under the influence of narcotics. We as neighbors have to live in fear of this woman's house exploding or leaking deadly fumes from the manufacturing/distribution of methamphetamine, of watching police raids and hearing flash bangs going off...Our community in close knit, we treat our neighbors like family. We take pride in home ownership and love our special hidden gem in downtown Alpharetta. This woman's actions are despicable and cannot and will not be tolerated any longer. We hope the law and community leaders will come through on this occasion, as she has been lucky enough to slip through the system one too many times. Enough is enough.

We love walking in the neighborhood but always feel a sense of caution when we pass suspicious activity on North Creek Circle. Our son Luke is only 5 months old and we look forward to a time when there is no apprehension of allowing him to play outside.

This has been an ongoing problem in the Mannings Ridge neighborhood for years. Despite previous arrests and being brought up on charges nothing seems to change. We need our local justice system and the DA to see the pattern of behavior and sentence Ms Gallagher appropriately. We should not have to be worried about the safety of our children due to the constant traffic to the home for purchasing of illegal substances. We should not have to worry about those who come here who would otherwise not be here. We should not have to worry about the drivers of cars and motorcycles, apparently under the influence of drugs given the erratic driving. We are a neighborhood of families raising children. We don't need a drug house literally in our back yard. I am wondering what has to happen before something is finally done.

Our crime has risen due the operation in this neighborhood house and my child does not feel safe with all of the unknown cars parked at the house for hours everyday and night. We are not as safe as we used to be. It needs to end and after other arrests they just get more careful but don't stop.

My family has been negatively impacted by the careless and illegal acts committed by Ms. Gallager. Loud motorcycles carrying drugs to and from the residence disrupt the peace in our neighborhood. Constant traffic to her home creates an unsafe environment for my children as the drivers are often speeding and driving erratically. Unsightly vehicles and suspicious red and green lighting make her house an eyesore. This drug house brings crime to our otherwise lovely neighborhood. Something needs to be done to put an end to it. The residents of Mannings Ridge urge the DA to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law and reject plea deals. This situation needs to be taken seriously.
