I have two children who are impacted by the activities at this home. Finding drug paraphernalia discarded in yards, having motorcycle and bicycle couriers running in and out of the neighborhood at all hours of the day and night and having surveillance vehicles constantly in our neighborhood affects the peaceful community where we live. There is no place for a home where drugs are manufactured, bought, or sold. A home that has surveillance cameras to capture their visitors as they slip around to the back door for pickups and deliveries. As a homeowner and member of the POA we have no desire to have this home listed as a continual nuisance which also impacts our property values and potential sales. the home is in disrepair and in a constant state of unfinished projects which creates an eyesore for neighbors. The homeowner has been brought up on several charges before and always allowed to plead down and not have any consequences, How can we as a neighborhood eradicate this problem if the DA will not support us with full prosecution?
