Unfortunately, given the circumstances high school sports may not happen. I am a senior and I really want senior sports not just to play but to as well watch and support the other teams at Olympian High School.

What are you currently basing the numbers on. What is our rate in South bay the last 2 months??? Not when this started! Our numbers at the beginning were so high and who truely knows if those numbers are accurate! 22 new cases in Chula Vista today only! Oh and the survival rate for our kids in high school 99.997 % and for the staff 99.98%- 99.5% depending on their again. I would say thats pretty good. People are more likely to get a car accident and get seriously hurt then get Covid. These kids our our future teachers, doctors, lawyers, scientist. If we dont have them we have no future. But you all are selfish and could care less. Put the kids first. Let them choose if they want to play. Show them we live in free country!

I am a student athlete. These closures are hurting my mental and academic more so than a virus that has been proven to have little impact to athletes/students like me.

Give us FREEDOM to choose what is best for us!!!! Let our families individually decide NOT a dictator.

I agree we need the schools open and sports allowed to practice. Allow us as parents to decide if we want our kids at school or at home.

Our students deserve the opportunity to play sports and compete in Athletics.It is essential for their physical and mental well being. Athletic contest are being played safely in many other states and cities throughout this country .Its time to play ball!!

Let parents decide if they want their children to practice or not. There’s no excuse, we can work this out together!
