The density of this development is not consistent with the surrounding uses and therefore should not be allowed. If this were in a downtown area, the density would be more suitable.

I am concerned that this brings unwanted and unneeded traffic to our region with no plans to increase the infrastructure. This also is not the single household homes that are in this region and will bring down the values of other homes is this area.

This tiny house thing is a trend and in time will attract low income families. This area is up and coming and should be used to increase the integrity of the area.
