I hope more is done to help those in need. This has become a part of the culture in Watertown and something needs to be done to help the people who are struggling. It seems to be a topic that is ignored and the goal should be to treat those addicted, not to jail them. The dealers need to be dealt with and the users need rehabilitation. The key to success is a community that is willing to help.

Wish I could sign more then once, way to many people I know have struggled with addiction and sadly many are either in prison or have passed due to addiction.
