This rule is not only unreasonable but it is unjust. Please reconsider. Thanks!!!

Please consider amending the Ordinance to ease the burden on ocean front condominiums and hotels seeking to enjoy the beach.

Please consider amending this unreasonable and unfair rule for us condo owners.

The present ordinance does not do Justice to the need for hotels in Surfside to be able to serve their guests. Private condos continue to have the freedom to use chairs or not for their residents and are not affected by hotel policy. But oceanfront hotels certainly deserve to serve their guests appropriately and one of those services is the provision of sufficient chairs to their guests.

The pre set number of chairs needs to be increased. Also the amount of chairs and the afternoon time to put away the chairs during daylight savings time.

I understand that you are considering amending the Beach Chair Ordinance to better serve the Town. As a resident in Surfside, I can say from experience that the current Beach Chair Ordinance has proved to be difficult to operate under. The pre-set requirement is burdensome. Please assist us and thank you.

PLEASE CORRECT THIS PROBLEM. I HAVE BEEN A TAX PAYING RESIDENT OF SURFSIDE FOR 25YEARS. WE SHOULD NOT BE TREATED LIKE SECOND CLASS CITIZEN JUST BECAUSE WE ARE CONDO OWNERS!!! WE HAVE THE SAME RIGHTS AS HOME OWNERS BUT IT DOES NOT SEEM THE TOWN VIEWS IT THAT WAY.

Unreasonable rule, only adds cost, damages the path and creates unnecessary risks for employees and people using the path. Hotels dont abide by this rule. Instead of creating bad rules like this one, please enforce good ones like no huge tents, loud speakers and alcohol coolers

Please allow more chairs on our beach. It is a terrible and costly inconvenience to our condo association and the residents are quite frustrated with the way it is now.

There is always space on the beach for anyone who is there. Why are we continuing to spend value resources on this topic.

This will help our staff work load less stressful and focus on the residents and keeping the beach safe
