This is a travesty that an all out American whether black or white cannot get a fair trial. I live in Wisconsin and this type of injustice is wide open here and no one is doing anything to stop it.

We must support this judge.Our legal system is unfair when selecting juors.

I support Judge Stevens because what he did was legally correct according to the United States Constitution. Look back on the many judges that rebelled against the guidelines, some even stepped down from the bench because they knew that the guidelines were unjust. Let's bring justice in the house of justice.

This is sad he has to be questioned in 2015 as why an all white jury is wrong. What about an all black jury to convict white folks the same way they have treated black folks for 400 years.
