I live in Louisville Kentucky and I support Judge Steven's decision to make sure their is a diverse jury panel. He must remain on the bench to preside over all of his cases. To insure all citizens of Louisville will get a fair trial.

The judge was being fair, diplomatic, and being culturally sensitive. It would have been insensitive if he allowed a completely, or predominately Caucasian jury. On the contrary, he did the correct thing.

To do anything other than commend this man for exercising fairness is outright bigotry. Part of the justice system is to be tried by a jury of your peers and so if a jury doesn't represent people who are homogenous with the accused then that jury by definition is not a peer group. Judge Olu is right to act according to the law.

I agree with this judge. However, do not flood my email with other issues that you may think that I may agree upon.
