He took an oath to be FAIR. It's a complete miscarriage of justice to remove an exemplary judiciary official for ensuring fairness. At last check, that IS a judge's job.

I think that he did the right thing by dismissing the jurors . Why can't the prosecution find MINORITIES to participate in the trials .
