Judge Stevens is right to have an accurate and representative jury in his courtroom. For far too long, the US judicial system has been a one sided hollow echo of a particular vantage of American society. The accused has a right to be trial by a group of his peers and an all-any race jury isn't representative of the diversity of this nation.

Not having a jury of your peers tears away at basic constitutional rights in this country. For Black Americans, not having proper representation has been an issue on many levels. We can rectify this institutionalized travesty of justice. Let's ensure that our system is fair and equal under the law.
