I support Judge Stevens ethical decision. Furthermore, to my understanding ones peers are mandated legally. To further the idea of this concept, in why this must be a acknowledged in the manner and stance of Judge Stevens, simply diversity is a good rule to practice in any decision which requires the exercise of faculties. People of all cultures, race and ethnicity share commonalities of life experiences needed for discernment in decisions of a society of people.
