I support keeping Judge Stevens trying criminal cases in Kentucky.

Pointing out the obvious--that all-white juries aren't representative of the community or jury pools with only 4% of a 21% minority seem out of proportion--shouldn't disqualify a person whose job is to administer justice.

Implicit bias is a factor in all of our lives. White, male, straight, wealthy, cis-gendered, able-bodied privilege is perpetuated through all levels of our culture. This man should not be punished for recognizing that and working to "level the playing field" as it were. This practice should be duplicated in courts across the country until we recognize our history and make true efforts to dismantle our systems which were forged in white supremacy. I'm white by the way.

I support the judge and his decisions regarding an all while jury. This racism must cease in this country. He is right to call out the injustices of the judicial system being a judge himself
