Judge Stevens is in keeping with a jury of one's peers. Please keep him.

I applaud the judge's decision! There's to much Injustice in the system, and someone should take a stand! I support the judge 100 percent! Thank you for standing for justice!

Judges are put on the bench to ensure justice and prevent injustice. What this Judge said was courageous and mandated by judicial ethics and plain morality. Awful!

It is not right to punish someone for simply calling for them to be tried by a jury of their peers. For a black man to be tried by an all-white jury in this day in time does not in my opinion constitut fairness.

Racism must be blotted out of our Constitutional legislation, due process must not show deliberate discrepancies...we as a multicultural nation must have our peers to judge us from our demographic (not solely) but the preponderance shouldn't be those who do not reflect to be the peers of the defendant.

First, the prosecutor need resign and never practice law. Who allows a group of "peers" to be a group of people who are not your age, race or from the same area. Are there no black people?
