This is my brother. I went to college with him for a couple of years at Duquesne University. He is a great man with a just, fair, and loving heart. He is the kind of judge that we need all over the country. Willing to speak out against injustice and inequality anywhere, even in his back yard of the judicial system.

I absolutely think it's ridiculous that anyone has a right to tell a judge he can't dismiss a jury based on racial makeup. I don't think a black defendant should have an all white jury anymore than I think a white defendant should have an all black jury and I believe the constitution supports my opinion. What ever happened to "jury of your peers"

White supermacy is out of control in this country so a white jury is of the peers of black defendants its already known white racists convict, and give harsher sentences to black defendants vs white defendants.

A jury is representative of the community. Let Judge Stevens do his job.
