Attempting to eradicate racist jury selection practices from trials should not be met with backlash from fellow members of the bar; it should be celebrated! Institutionalize D racism is real and attempting to force prosecutors to stop unfair jury selection practices should be paramount to ALL judges. Livery should not be a privilege for those of the right skin color.

"In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy a speedy and public trial, by an IMPARTIAL jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed. . ."
The U.S. Constitution applies to all U.S. citizens.

Too often, if a black man see a wrong and try to right it, he's seen as a rebelling, troublemaker, angry or other adjectives. Apply the same rules across the board and amerikka would be the uropia they pretend to be.
