a jury with no black people is not a black person's jury of one's peers . only police should be tried by a jury of their victims' peers

God do it! The jury is supposed to be that of your peer's. Black people aren't white so why is it a white jury for blacks and whites?
Because they have no intention on giving justice to any of us, that's why.
He knew and executed the law. Leave him alone!

Our justice system is so flawed that even a judge gets in trouble when he is trying to get the defendent a fair trial

Historically speaking White Juries do not surrender a fair verdict towards Black Defendants. The state of Kentucky is now know for it Judicial Fairness towards Black People and has a history of racial intolerance and I support what Judge Olu Stevens have done.

This is HYPOCRISY at its Amerikkkan finest!!! I'm astounded that in 2016 we have to sign a petition to treat an American judge with equality!!!! I'm ashamed of you all....

Judge Stevens is an honorable judge attempting to rectify a situation that is in dire need of the judicial review that he brings to it.

I think that it is pathetic that in 2016 knowing the biases in these types of jury trials and the rampant discrimination of prosecutors, police, and the criminal justice system as a whole, that the state of Kentucky is trying to vilify this honorable man for calling attention to it. The whole system is rotten and you all don't want anyone to see it.
