It is hypocritical and wrong what you are doing. He is ensuring that all those who appear in his court are judged by their peers which an innocent until proven guilty person has a right to. This state will continue to loose bright diverse individuals if the status qui Kentucky culture does not broadly become more fair and inclusive!

He's ensuring that people are being properly represented by a group of their peers. How can a person of any ethnicity be properly tried by group of people and not one person resembles them? To remove this judge would be a social injustice and a leap backwards for the City of Louisville.
