He's exactly right. I'm glad he took a stand to oppose something that affects many trials. The American criminal justice system is a joke.

If as a Judge you can't find justice on the bench following the guidelines put in place to protect the people you serve- where can you find it?

State Supreme Court Chief Justice John Minton. Having an all white jury, cannot be justice. Why would any person interested in justice believe differently. Yes, whites can do the job, but do they represent the entire county, no. Please reconsider the need for racial equality in the justice system.
