There was NO outrage when an all white jury was seated. There should be EXTREME outrage at trying to prevent this judge from hearing any other criminal cases

There's only one reason for the majority of the jury to be white, it's for the verdict of the defendant to be guilty. It wouldn't be a fair trail!!! And when Judge Stevens mentions it, the spot light of fire is now on him. The prosecutor began playing dirty from the get go and Judge Stevens has the authority and the right to have new jurors reselected. People of color are not asking for a free ride, we want a fair ride and when cases like this continue to arise we will continue to stand together and fight for equality!

Juror's should be representative of the entire population as a whole and therefore 1 in 5 juror should always be black in the United States.
