If he is seeking justice why the opposition?
If this is supposed to be a just society, what is the purpose?

I knew there would be much backlash from this situation! The only way to change anything in this country is work through the system. The system is the HEART and SOUL of the Problem! TRUE change comes through Revolution as History has taught us! We are slowly becoming a Police and Military Controlled Country! Never forget what Malcolm has already said and taught: 'If you're not willing to die for it, take the word freedom, out of your vocabulary.' Talk, March, Preach, Teach, all you want, but ACTION is what will bring about the CHANGE President Obama thought he was going to be able to accomplish! One man cannot defeat 535! (Congress) The Truth shall set YOU free!!!

We need better leadership in the court houses here in Kentucky. They're extremely racist and it shows!

I support you and agree that jury's need to have a make up of different races not just one. when you feel that person on trail could be a relative you listen a little better to the case and for some just being a different race brings a disconnect to that junction

We must stand with this man. There should be way more signatures than this. This man's career is being threatened, the moment their biased efforts are challenged they move to make an example out of the person standing for what's right, not this time and not anymore.

Because a jury of your peers should represent the defendant.....being in the same age group does not mean those people can relate in anyway to the defendant's life. Being apart of the same age group, culture and racial demographic is a more accurate reflection of your peers. Considering the racial climate, there is no reason a black man should receive an all white jury. We know the biases they harbor towards minorities....especially in southern states. Makes a fair trial by jury impossible. Jmo.
