Why is this even a issue. By law you are entitled to a jury of your peers. My friends and community are my color, as is most Americans.

Removing him from office will only confirm and show the world just how racist America really is. This judge did what he was suppose to do, which is ensure the system is being fair. All white juries on cases where the defendant is not white is not a jury of peers and that is wrong and not justice!

The judicial system is biased and corrupt, particularly in the south. Always has been and will be until there is more diversity. Diversity will not occur on its own and MUST be FORCED upon the system with the brave and bold actions of people like this judge. This needs to be taken to and heard by the Federal Supreme Court and the Justice Department so that it sets a precedent for the entire country.

Sounds like Judge Stevens was doing his job - seeing that justice is done. Have a jury of one's peers is a big part of justice being served.

I support this Judge 100%. There have been thousands of Black unjustly convicted by all white juries.

There's no reason in today's world why an all-white jury is still chosen when a black defendant is on trial. This does not reflect a fair and impartial jury.
