This is a true constitutional judge.
He should not be forced to recuse himself for upholding the constitution he's sworn to uphold.

Judge is being descriminated against! Common sense..the jury was not representive if the defendants peers! How could justice have been served fairly?

As with every other existing seated justice, they are entitled to their opinions. Most obviously hold the opposing poi t of view, are they in question !!!!

It's essential to have a balanced jury in all cases to avoid a biased jury. I support this Judge's position to demand a jury of men, women and mixed ethnicities...which means close to 50% African American!

It should be written into the state law for Kentucky that each jury for each case should match the population of the city the jury is pooled for a case.

The all white juries need to stop.Get ones peers in front of them.That will understand them.

We need to such together on this. Band together, funny spend any money in Kentucky, go to the nearby state. They will continue doing these things to us if we don't fight back. They also need to go back and review every case he wasn't apart of.
