what is happening in the justice system is a travesty and a great holocaust that has bankrupted the Black community spiritually because of their racist practice. Judge Olu Stevens sees the injustice and has decided to stand up against the racist system that has run rampant far too long. Let Judge Stevens do his job. He is the only one that believes in justice.

I support his actions.

This is a common theme in the state of Minnesota. The chances of having more than one black juror is slim to none. One of the tactics they use to get away with having a all white jury, is having jurist labeled as being by racial. When in fact a Polish and Irish person is still white.

This seems to be an ongoing problem in the south. Even more so now that race relations are no longer something spoken of behind closed doors. How is it wrong for a man to see a problem with an all white jury? If a white man or woman was in front of a judge with an all black jury there would be a request to have that jury switched out in a heart beat. The fact that officials who are of color or do not give into their peers to do what is right are threatened to lose their jobs or be removed from their authority because it is not what people want is quite frankly sad. The Jim Crow south is disgusting and America especially the south should be ashamed.
