This is more proof that the vicious and corrupt system we currently use is egregious and racist.

The judge is doing the right thing. He should not be removed if he isn't doing anything illegal, immoral nor unethical.

Proud to have someone with the courage to stand up for what is right.

We must speak out very clearly, with full solidarity against the injustices surrounding judge Stevens as well as those of our nation's criminal justice system at large. Judge Steven's bravery must be supported by all those who care about indivisible justice!

If a white judge can accept an all white jury to convict a black man, then a black judge should have equal rights to decide his jury out of fairness

All we ask is fairness...

Right is right this man was well within the law and i respect his decision

there is no secret that an all white or an unbalanced (racially) jury can not comprehend the plight of Black America...therefore should not be left alone to judge us nor our actions...fact is not only do we not have juries of our peers selected on our own cases but we are not sitting on their trials either...wonder if they would understand it if they were constantly convicted and sent to prison by all Black Juries....

I support judge Stevens and I do not agree with him being removed from any of his cases and current position.

Dr. Boyce, I support the judge for standing up for justice in the black community and I applaud you for speaking out on this vital issue.

I support what the judge is doing 100% how can one receive justice without a jury of his/her peers.
