We must speak out very clearly, with full solidarity against the injustices surrounding judge Stevens as well as those of our nation's criminal justice system at large. Judge Steven's bravery must be supported by all those who care about indivisible justice!

If a white judge can accept an all white jury to convict a black man, then a black judge should have equal rights to decide his jury out of fairness

there is no secret that an all white or an unbalanced (racially) jury can not comprehend the plight of Black America...therefore should not be left alone to judge us nor our actions...fact is not only do we not have juries of our peers selected on our own cases but we are not sitting on their trials either...wonder if they would understand it if they were constantly convicted and sent to prison by all Black Juries....
