White Supremacists know what they're doing when they select Jim Crow juries for criminal cases against Black men. Stop letting these pepole make you believe that this is because Stevens isn't "fair". This is because he won't play ball with the White Supremacist justice system and prison plantation to send Black people to jail for excessive amounts of time not fitting the crimes committed. We see you White Supremacists of Kentucky and we know what you're trying to do.

We give our full support. It is only fair that this act is to be commended, and not considered as an effort to undermine the law.

This one is a no-brainer, fair jurdicts without fair juries are less likely and justice - at least fairness - demands we do the right thing when someone's entire life is at stake. Thanks honorable Judge Stevens for making a stand!

I'm looking to move to this city and away from the lack of communication here in Minneapolis MN where we are having trouble with the police shooting unarmed black men of all ages. This epidemic must stop

I support Judge Stevens because due process of the laws should display being judge by "a jury of your peers" equally unbiased and just. Jurors should be selection should be unequivocally fair and should not be based on past southern discriminatory preferences. This is very unethical and doesn't follow the Constitutional laws of this country. Attorneys and judges must abided by the true law and ensure EVERYONE has a fair trial. Judge Stevens recognized this discrepancy and did accordingly. Removing him from his duties as judge foretells that prejudices and discrimination still exist in America despite fifty plus years of civil rights liberties.

I can't believe that black people are still dealing with this nonsense in 2015...SMH

I can't say that I'm surprised the privileged will not easily give up their privilege - in this case, protecting white power and privilege. This behavior was wrong in 1715, and it's wrong today, in 2015. Let's stand up to Jim Crow!
