Everyone should be entitled to be judged by their own peers. Today In America the racism has be openly displayed. It is encouraged by far to many that have control over the future of minorities and the poor. Fair is fair and no judge would allow a white man, that killed an unarmed black teen, to be judge by a all black jury. The double standards have got to stop

Need more people to see what is going on...they make the rules and think nobody should question them...if it is not right then it should be changed. How about putting an all black jury for a white criminal and see what happens. Hiw dumb can people with a so called education dont see he is making sure black people get a fair hearing. Shameful of this good ole boys down in the south..

It is your constitutional right to be tried by a jury of your peers. I previously practiced criminal law and can testify it makes a difference with a diverse jury.
