I support This judge 100% for courageously exposing this unjust system of disproportionately sending African American men to prison by an all white jury. This is a fact, not racism on his part. In fact, it is unfair to single him out and Mr. Wine should be exposed.

I support this judge in his effort to insure that the jury pool in Kentucky is reflective of all of it's citizens. That includes BLACK PEOPLE.

Correcting a bizarre auto correct fail - this one is a no-brainer. Fair verdicts without fair juries are less likely and justice - at least fairness - demands we do the right thing when someone's entire life is at stake. Thanks honorable judge Stevens for making a stand!

It is critical that juries be balance racially to represent the populations of the community. It is also crucial that people of color have the right to express their best thinking without being penalized. Louisville has come a long way from the racist reputation it has held in the past. Don't set it back by high jacking this judges rights to his perspective.
