Yes, I believe Judge Stevens, was correct in his assertion that the jury panels are not being reflected of the community. This is one of the main reasons why the American justice system has illegally criminalized the African-American community.

With what has been proven through scientific study about peoples picking the darker skinned person as the villain itself shows that the jury pool needs to be more diversified in order for minorities to get a fair trial. This not only benefits we community from West these people come but the overall society at large convicting the wrong person for any reason leaves a criminal in society to be a danger to all people
