If you take a look at their website you can see the positive effect they have had in other cities where they are located. Love the KC UP Down and think it would be a great addition to CWE.

We visited Up-Down's KC location last year and loved the chill arcade vibe. As someone who worked in the CWE for several years, I support the CWE location.

This establishment would be a great, unique addition to the neighborhood. It is a business that has had success in other cities and the owner seems to be a reasonable person that would discuss neighbors' concerns. Please give them a chance.
