As a young person who had lived in the CWE for years, the idea if having a space meant for fun means the world to me. To have this building remain empty and to attempt to deprive it if everything that makes it an arcade bar is detrimental to the upbest environment that characterizes the CWE.

I cant wait for this to open. I truly wish for this open as soon as possible. I have been apart of the CWE for almost a decade and will be moving in in the next few months . These are the kinds of establishments that I would love to bring my friends and out of town guests. I am a teacher at the Biome school and was on the team to bring it to the neighborhood and I have had several art shows in the neighborhood. I truly hope that we can all come together and help bring this positive addition to the block. Thanks again for your time .

We are hopeful you will change your mind about this appeal. We have gone to this establishment in KC and it is wonderful. We would love to see them succeed in St. Louis.

A large empty storefront is a bigger threat to the neighborhood than anything else.

Perspective, perspective perspective. In retrospect, perhaps this was not a cause worth pursuing this way.

We should never refuse a reasonable establishment from filling a vacant building in our neighborhood. The more visible people, the less crime. If the public doesn't support it, it will close because of inactivity. That is not for us to decide. They deserve a chance.

I live at the corner of McPherson and Walton. I can't wait to bring friends to this location! I will always support fresh new business ventures to my neighborhood. The CWE needs more fresh businesses attracting the right people. If you're averse to change, that will only become a larger issue.
