I really thought this might just float around in the void for a bit but wow the way the community has latched onto this project is honestly staggering. It feels like the tide is turning and people finally see why these facilities at the creek are so vital for everyone here.

get it done already!!! way better than letting the land sit there empty looking like a dump
The retirement village would be great for my parents. They want to stay in the area but cant manage the house anymore. Pls approve this.

Berkeley needs this. The sporting complex is a mess and has been for years. About time someone fixed it up for the kids.
