Past behavior is the best predictor of future behavior...this man has exhibited 27 years of behavior to examine to determine his character. Any ignoring of this speaks to those making these decisions and their own character. They should be evaluated just as Coach Oswald has. The parent/student that created this situation are yet another example of how unwilling this district is to protect their teachers. So sad.

I don't even know this man, but after reading this story, I totally support him!! I have 2 kids in the district, a senior and a freshman and BOTH of my kids think this is ridiculous!!! This man is following district protocol, checking for understanding. The board should be ashamed of themselves and the superintendent is despicable!

Dr. Buck should be removed as Superintendent if he doesn’t know how the district policy is written and enforced by the staff he should be supporting.
