He followed District policy on reprimanding a student! So I guess all teachers can pick and choose what policy they want to follow? He should not be fired!

Coach O should not be fired. Listening to the evidence presented during the hearing clearly shows that. The district preaches giving people grace. They should heed their own advice.

Coach O is a fantastic coach and poured his heart into working with kids and coaching. I had him 7th and 8th grade and he never once made a remark that would’ve made me question his character.

You can’t hurt a whole heartedly good person for doing something he is supposed to do. Suck a good man and he would never say that out of hurt, spitefulness or hatred.
