I support the work of Light and Love Home in Vancouver because their services are helpful to the community.

I immigrated to Vancouver Canada in 2000 as a kid whom has lost directions in life, facing many challenges as other immigrants. I was failing grades in school and expectations of my family and friends. I hung around the wrong crowds, making many mistakes and regrets in life, and I thought about committing suicide. I end up finding this organization offered immigrants with free ESL classes. I finished ESL class and met people in this organization that had changed my life. I joined this organization to volunteer locally and internationally help me define myself a better person in turns of personally and professionally. I am now working as a specialist ranking top 16 accross country in one of the top 5 Canadian Banks. I have a fabulous family of 4 and feel accomplished to be able to help others within this organization and professionally. This organization is making such impacts and inspirations in people lives locally and internationally which makes Vancouver very special place to live as part of its history. I am just one of hundreds of those whom benefit from what this organization offered, and I highly recommend you to take a moment to think about the impacts of this city and it's people, communities and families. I hope my voice can be heard. Thank you.

Although I currently don't live in Vancouver, but Light and Love Home helped me a lot in the past. It it very important to local Chinese community.

LLH provides tax clinic service, garage sale, summer classes, etc to the community. And we also bring fun and spiritual support to all ages, families and new immigrants. We made our society in a coherent and harmony way. LLH is irreplaceable in the community. Let LLH stays.

I have been coming to "the church of God in Vancouver" and "Light & Love home" over one year. They do a lot good job for new immigrants. I really enjoy being part of this community. I really hope they can continuous their services in this community to help new immigrants.

Please let Light and Love Home stay at their current location to continue their services!!! Light and Love Home has given me a lot of local and global volunteering opportunities which greatly help my personal development. Light and Love Home also provides me with many good consultations, so that I learn more how to help my little son and my family be more healthier and happier.

Moreover, volunteering with LLH for the past 10+ years has helped me and countless others to stay connected with the community and give back in a variety of meaningful ways.
