Tracey is an excellent coach to all levels of swimmer. My child is unlikely to ever be an Olympian and is a quiet reseerved person. Tracey has done a wonderful job encouraging a moulding Rory's confidence to be the best she can be. Tracey's integrity and care for her swimmers is clear and she is well suited to the role of head coach

Tracey is an excellent coach to all levels of swimmer. My child is unlikely to ever be an Olympian and is a quiet reseerved person. Tracey has done a wonderful job encouraging a moulding Rory's confidence to be the best she can be. Tracey's integrity and care for her swimmers is clear and she is well suited to the role of head coach

Tracey is the cornerstone of the Corrimal swim club. In all facets of a swimmers development Tracey has displayed integrity, empathy, pastrol care and motivation which has resulted in outstanding performances in the Corrimal swimming community. We have been with Tracey for 2 years now having moved from Camden NSW. We have found Tracey to be an outstanding swimming coach. But it is her level of commitment, passion and caring to the individual child that sets her apart from other coaches. My 3 children have been under some wonderful coaches over the 12 plus years that we have been involved in this sport however Tracey would be the most passionate and resourceful coach we have had. Corrimal squads has a number of great swimmers who are excelling under the leadership and mentorship of Tracey and we believe that changing coaches would be a huge detriment to these children. We hope that you too come to realise the importance of Tracey remaining as Head Coach of Corrimal Swimming and renew her contract. Along with other parents we will also have no choice but to remove our children from the club if she is forced to leave.

Tracey is such an important role model, teacher and inspiration to both my children. They are both over 13 years old so need a coach with a bronze licence or above, lets hope council take this into account when choosing a coach for our kids because if they don't they won't be training at corrimal which would be a real shame. The amount of money Wollongong Council will lose through entry fee reduction would be devastating to the economy of the pool too!!

Tracey Waters is an absolute treasure to both the Wollongong City Council and Corrimal Swim Club she has kept many a child off the streets with giving the kids an interest in both swimming and a healthy lifestyle.
