I have known Tre for over 25years. He is a great friend with a huge heart. He loves bowling and spending time with family and friends. He has worked for Ford for over 15years. He has twin daughters who love and need their father. Mr. Mitchell is an upstanding citizen and involved in many community projects. I am asking the judge to have mercy. This case has been going on for years and in some sense he has served a form of imprisonment by having this over his head. Not being able to sleep or eat most nights. Again we all ask that you have mercy and return this young man home.

Although I have only know Tre for about a year he has always been an very outstanding man. He is a very wonderful person who loves and take care of his two daughters. He often calla or text me once a week just to check on me

Tracey Mitchell for the more than five years I have known him has been like a son to me. My family including six of my grandsons all look up to and love him so much that we have adopted him and now he is a member of the family. His life impacts os many others. Tre is a father and is a father figure for so many other children. I know that given a chance Tre would do so many postive things with his life that locking him up would be a disservice to all of us who would be doing that time with him. I am humbly asking that we not lose another son to the system. He is one of the kindest and most generous man that it has been my pleasure to know. Please show him and all of us that love him mercy. I promise you, Judge that you will not regret it

I have known Tre for over 20+ years. He is a great guy and friend. He is that one guy you can call and talk to when you're having a bad day or got something on your mind. Always involved in community services and willing to lend that extra hand. He is a great father to his kids. Over the years....I am glad to know this person who knows what a true friend is...I consider him more as a brother.

I have known Tre for almost 29 years, he is an absolutely wonderful friend and father, so sad to hear such bad news! Praying everything works in his favor, we all love and need him in our lives!

I've known Tre Mitchell well over 25yrs, he is a great individual loving father and devoted friend although we don't share a blood line he is and always will be my big brother. Whatever the out come maybe I can only hope that consideration is given the note that he has two beautiful daughters that need a father in their life and they are the most important young ladies in his life!
Tre often tries to help anyone in need if he can whether it be to assist them in finding a job or moral support often at times we are put in bad situations and mistakes are made, there is not one perfect soul on this earth I hope that the court can find it in there heart to give my friend, my brother a second chance to undo any wrong that they feel he was capable of doing!

Tracey Mitchell is a hard working loving father who is a mentor and supporter of many charities Tracey is also a member of the Ancient Free and Accepted lodge of Masons Tracey attended Western Illinois University he works for Ford Motor Company He has always been a positive roll model for his 2 lovely daughters who needs and loves their father so much.

I have known Tre Mitchell for 4 years now, but feels more like all of my life. We first met, he just welcomed me right into his life like that's where I was supposed to be & made me feel like I'd been there since forever. During these last 4 years, I've experienced more highs & lows you'd hate to ever imagine you'd have to experience. I've been homeless, jobless & have battled breast cancer. Tre never abandoned me & my son or our friendship even when some of my very own family has & even going thru his own life's experiences. He has ALWAYS been there for us. No questions asked. However he could help. Whether it was a laugh, prayer, love... ALWAYS can count on Tre Mitchell to be there for EVERYONE & WITH a smile. Tre has a presence about himself that just makes people feel good & WANT to be around him. He is a positive force here & has affected me & my life in a way that there are just not enough words in a dictionary to express. I will speak for myself & a lot of others when I say I love Tre's unselfishness, his love for life, his love for love, his love for his beautiful twin daughters, family & friends.... Most of all, WE love his strength, endurance, faith & will. God bless...I love you Tre.
