I too believe they should take into consideration that Mr. Mitchell IS giving back and at this point in his life is a loving father and needed by his children as well as a POSITIVE functioning member of society who would better benefit from some sort of probation rather than jail time.

I have only known Tracey Mitchell for a year now but I must say it has been a great year ..and great to know him! He has proven himself to be a loyal friend and a great citizen. He caring and proves weekly that he is an upstanding citizen. Hardworking and humorous. He is caring and thoughtful as well. For a man that I have only known for some time I know that he is a great person all around!

Praying that God touches the judge that's over this case so that he see's and understands that taking a FATHER away from daughter's would be the worse decision possible. Tre has been a great father since day one of his babies being born. Not only is he a great father but a great friend. I have known Tre for over 20 years and he has never changed as a person. He's very loyal, compassionate and loving. Continued prayers for you Tre.

I have known Tre for about almost a year. He is the sweetest guy that you would ever meet. He is funny and he will give you the shirt off his back. Even though I haven't known him for years and years it feels like it because he is a nice guy and he is like a brother to me.

Tre Mitchell is an old high school friend. I think that he is a great person with a wonderful heart. I have seen him give of himself several times to many people without ever asking or accepting anything in return. He is a very good father who dotes on his kids. As a single mother I see the affects of kids not having their father present in their lives. I think it would be a great disservice to separate them for any period of time.

Tracy has been outstanding citizen to our community, supporting the alumni of Thornwood high schoo,l have donated and raised plenty of money in care of breast cancer awareness, also other diseases such as Lupus and MENTAL ILLNESS AWARENESS.HAVE been a rock in helping my recovery of depression and over seeing my well bein since being diagnosed with bipolar manic depression.He his a LOVING father to his girls and caring person to many family and friend

Tre is a family friend for over 25 years. He has been a loyal constant friend promoting nothing but positivity and love for all. He has been encouraging to many and is involved in numerous activities surrounding uplifting the community and philanthropy. He is an active father and it would be a disservice to not only the community but to his family as well to have him taken from their lives. I sincerely hope and pray that this petition provides personal incite to the man that we all know and love.
