After the rigging of scotlands recent referendum for independence i believe the majority of scotland voted for independence but due to rigging most votes either disapeared or were not counted to ensure a win for no thanks so another way we can get independence is a UDI -

A unilateral declaration of independence (UDI) is a formal process leading to the establishment of a new state by a sub-national entity which declares itself independent and sovereign without a formal agreement with the national state from which it is seceding.

If over 50% signed this declaration it would have to be honoured at an international level.

Who would sign it?
