My son has been in shooting sports since middle school. Now a junior in HS he's very well disciplined and has obtained excellent team and leadership skills. As educators please continue to educate the public along with our responsible young women and men.

The collegiate shooting sports are very most family oriented. I’ve had the opportunity to meet great people from different parts of the globe through the clay target sports.

Shooting Sports is the safest sport an Individual can participate in. I am an instructor for 4H rifle and scholastic pistol. I am also a competitive pistol and rifle shooter. This has enlarged my circle of friends and given me many safe hours of recreation. It is a shame to deny this opportunity to todays youth just because somebody does not like firearms. Any group that works to educate other people is on the right track.

Its sad people are so scared of guns and gun clubs, but if they would pay attention to their children and educate them on gun safety and also pay attention to their mental health half of these incidents at schools and public places wouldn't happen. #scaredisntsafeeither

I've been involved with our high school trap club for 6 years. I've seen nothing but positive results in the youth of our team and I know several past members have gone on to shoot at colleges, including Simpson. I hope all team members continue to have that opportunity if they so chose.
