I vote for the full proposal to include the courts and food. $200 a year extra for the full plan is about a monthly lunch for 2 at McDonalds.

The need for improvements in our Ocean Ridge’s amenities is obvious to me, especially to maintain the quality of our community and our home values. A very large percentage of lot owners in the last survey indicated that they had no intention of of building here in the next 10 years. Perhaps lot ownership alone is not a very good real estate investment at present.
