The Board has effectively led the Amenity Center needs assessment process utilizing independent professional services firms to survey property owners, communicate survey results and hold open forums for property owners to view and question the conceptual designs based on homeowner input. These new proposed amenities are needed to respond to ORP’s growth and to maintain and improve property values. These investments will insure ORP’s position as a premiere residential community in southeastern North Carolina. The Board achieved a “break through” agreement with the developer to allow ORP property owners’ resources to maintain the entrances, common areas and enhance security. I support, applaud and appreciate the volunteer efforts of our property owner elected Board and those who volunteer to serve on the various committees that make ORP a great community.

We support the Board. They are governing according to the By-Laws and Covenants. Just a piece of history: We would not own the Beach House if a resident vote had been taken. The vote and tabulation could not have been done in the 45 days we had to make a decision. The then Board used it's authority under the By-Laws and Covenants to purchase this wonderful amenity.

I fully support the board and am in favor of the new amenities center including the cafe/bistro. The board has done an excellent job in seeking input from the property owners in their planning process.

The Board has done an excellent job using professional service firms to survey our community, process property owners input and communicate the outcomes. The amenity center preliminary designs and concepts were effectively shared and communicated to property owners. The Board recently achieved a "break through" agreement with the developer to further enhance ORP entrances, common areas and security. These investments will continue to maintain and improve our property values and insure ORP remains a premiere residential community.

The community needs to invest in the future. Those of us who live here want more opportunities to interact with our neighbors. I fully support the transparency of the board and moving forward with the amenity center.

OR needs new and improved amenities, and the board is headed in the right direction. If we have to vote as a community every time we try to make improvements, OR will be just like congress. Don't need that!

I 1000% SUPPORT THE NEW AMENITIES PROJECT. There is always going to be some folks who selfishly disagree. I have been to other golf communities who put our amenities to shame. All of us need this.

The Board is working for the betterment of the Community. They are committed to the Community and all the home and lot owners. The vision of the future amenity is but one example of their outstanding service. Let’s make it come true.
