Please pass the station soon and get going already. My only regret is that the plan is so timid and did not create an effective wedding cake of smaller zones in a wider area around the station.

I only condone the Lowe's lot being that high... That one large chunk of land is more than enough to land a buisness.

We live nearby and whole-heartedly endorse the North Rainier rezone. The plan is the result of five years of community input and more than 50 stakeholder meetings. Please do not set aside that process. Vote for the rezone.
