The workers at nitehawk work hard to provide a service to the neighborhood and they deserve to be fairly compensated and have decent working conditions. The lengths to which the ownership will go to try to deny the workers a fair contract and prevent them from exercising their legally guaranteed right to collective bargaining is downright despicable. The community supports the workers and we will not stand for underhanded union-busting tactics.
