Support workers human rights!!! We do not allow inhumane treatment of employees and abuse! Everyone deserves proper pay and dignity. No one should be sent to the hospital because of work conditions or afraid to lose their job for speaking up!

The workers at nitehawk work hard to provide a service to the neighborhood and they deserve to be fairly compensated and have decent working conditions. The lengths to which the ownership will go to try to deny the workers a fair contract and prevent them from exercising their legally guaranteed right to collective bargaining is downright despicable. The community supports the workers and we will not stand for underhanded union-busting tactics.

I’ve been a regular at Nitehawk for years and it wouldn’t be as great of a place without their fantastic staff. I fully support them unionizing—they all deserve a thriving wage, benefits, and safe working conditions.
