I love this theater and working there is incredibly physically demanding. I ask the owners to come to the bargaining table and make some serious and fair offers to the staff, Stop dragging your feet and treat your workers well or I will join them on the picket line whenever they are ready to strike!

Unionized workplaces are safer, smarter, *better* workplaces. Workers with a say in how they do their work are more engaged, creative, and dedicated workers. When workers join together to say they want to sit down with management to improve wages, benefits and working conditions, it is a moral imperative to listen to them.
