Employees at Nitehawk deserve working conditions that are safe, healthy, and respectful in all manners. Such a shame to learn that those in charge of such a beloved local community spot would mistreat the very people who make it great.
I've been going to the Prospect Park location since it was The Pavilion and have so many great memories there. What makes it so special are the staff and the environment. The Nitehawk employees deserve livable working conditions and protections. In a time where we can't have anything nice I really hope this piece of the Brooklyn community can be preserved.

I love this theater but I don’t want to patronize an anti-union business. Get it together Nitehawk management, you’re gonna lose this fight so lose with some dignity.

Nighthawk is an important part of our community. It was sad to see he pavilion close but nighthawk preserved so much of the history and legacy of having a theater in the area. A main reason I choose Nighthawk over other theaters is because of the staff. I will always stand with Nighthawk staff and I would rather stay home than go to a theater who treats their staff poorly

I love Nitehawk, have been a customer for over 10 years. Its workers deserve better! They should not have to petition for safe working conditions.

Nitehawk has been a hugely important location for me for community and enjoyment. These workers deserve fair wages, a say in their working conditions, and to be granted their deserved rights.

Nitehawk workers at Prospect Park have always been so kind and welcoming to me. All workers deserve LIVABLE conditions, and I’m happy to take my business elsewhere until their demands are met.
