As a Veteran and as a woman, I think this is a great idea. I also think the museum could be a vehicle for other vet issues like ending homelessness through tiny home programs. 3 Oaks Vet Nursing Home started an initiative and had land designated but I don't think they actually put up any tiny houses. Smalltimore and other tiny house programs are working to end homelessness and we should have homelessness and the impact to vets as part of the museum.

The museum honors the contributions and sacrifices made by our men and women in and out of uniforms from the country's formation the present day..

I respectfully encourage our public officials fund the last payment on the mortgage at Patriot Park. The Veterans Museum holds military history that significantly benefits the citizens including Veterans and school children. Don't allow this opportunity to save a bit of history be lost.
