Rodeo is family - white, black, Asian, whatever - it’s no matter. We are family and treat each other as such. And we treat our animals with much respect and the greatest care. This is the most ridiculous complaint I’ve ever seen.

Rodeo is an integral part of our community, if you just go a little outside the city. Killing rodeo at the fair will kill so much. Don't make this mistake

Learning discipline and care of something other than just yourself is a skill learned while participating in rodeo and is needed in life.

Please let kids be kids! They are getting exercise and enjoying life instead of sitting around with cell phones and electronic games !!!

Ag/rodeo IS open to everyone. Unfortunately, just as in everything, some bad eggs are to be found. Going to ban youth basketball for poor sportsmanship?

Rodeo is a fantastic way for youth to learn and grow, regardless of ethnicity. It is for youth of all ages, it brings life lessons that teach: hard work, compassion, goal setting, team work, delayed gratification and the possibilities life offers.

Leave the child's rodeo participation alone ! We have mutton busting in Fort Madison, and no animals are harmed !

As a child I did rodeo and 4H it's a great confidence builder for children. They work so hard to achieve their goals!

Rodeo and 4H made me the man I am today it cannot be robbed from today’s youth. If you get livestock you don’t have the money or the time to get in trouble.
