Let the kids have fun! There is absolutely no harm to the animals

4-H/FFA teach youth to be strong leaders, good citizens, provides opportunities for community service and public speaking. All of these skills become life long habits for these youth. Continue supporting 4-H/FFA, Johnson County Ag, and the JohnsonCounty Fair.

4H and the family rodeo have been key positive influences on our daughter.

working with horses, sheep, goats, calves are not abusing them. Animals are not hurt doing these activities. I have been to rodeos for many years. The young cowboys/cowgirls show alot of good sportsmanship and go on to be strong men and women. Not too many young people raised in rodeo or even 4-h for that matter turn to drugs, gangs, other illegal activities so lets keep 4-H and rodeo going! From a horse owner.

Animals are a huge responsibility, these kids work hard all year long and deserve to show what they can do.

4-H is a great organization and very community oriented, Pleasea continue the kids rodeo.

Rodeo, 4-H and FFA are a long standing part of history and are very beneficial for kids to participate in. Having animals requires a great deal of work and responsibility. Rodeo is a professional sports and part if American history. Let these kids do what they love and enjoy....will keep them away from drugs, violence and gangs.

Whether participating or just watching, all kids love the rodeo! Just because someone doesn't enjoy the fair is no reason to take it away from the many that do.

I can’t believe adults would be against giving kids/teenagers the opportunity to learn, be active in things, learn sportsmanship, be away from electronics and have a good time.

The Fair is open to everyone from all walks of life. The experiences gained by being involved will carry throughout their life making things better for them and others. Please support this cause. J.R.
